The Coginio (pronounced Kog-in-eeo) DVD series showcases recipes and food from across Wales with a contemporary twist. We chose the name Coginio because Coginio means cooking in Welsh. We are the only company producing DVDs which show you step by step how to create some of Wales' favourite recipes.

Our first DVD "Favourite Welsh Recipes" includes recipes for Welsh Cakes, Cawl and Welsh Rarebit and was launched in December 2009.

Coginio 2 "Regional Welsh Recipes"  was launched on December 7 2009 and features a delicious combination of starters, fish, meat and sweet dishes.  These include Anglesey Eggs, Brecon Lamb Pie and Monmouth Pudding.
